My Samsung Series 6 TV is not connecting to the internet. I’ve done everything including reset to factory settings.
Literally every other device in my home works using my router except for this TV. It’s an ongoing issue and is very frustrating since it happens every few weeks but this time everything I try is not working

@mmtenia : Please can you confirm the model number of your TV? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV.
In the meantime, please power off the TV and unplug it at the wall. Now, unplug your router for 30 seconds, plug it back in, and allow time for the reset/recalibration process to complete. After resetting your router, plug your TV back in and power it on using the remote control.
