I am going through the 4 steps of initial set up of the TV I have created my Samsung ID, it has recognized my cable and network. Step 4 is the Prime Video set up. I have set it up as I could not pass without doing so. Now I am stuck on item 4, and it will not move to next, even though it says I am signed in. If I exit, it takes me right back to the signing in to Prime Video. I cannot move passed. The home button, nothing works. Very frustrated with the setup of this TV
