Info stuck on tv screen

As you can see is sound level and Channel Number stuck on the screen. How do we remove it?

This shouldn't be the case. What's the full model code of your TV? Have you tried a reset? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. Note, any changes you have made to the TV's settings will revert back to the default settings.

That didn't work for me? I've the exact same problem. Model UE48JU6500. Software up to date. Tried resetting some other options but it asks for a PIN and I've no idea what it could be?

The default PIN code for your TV is set to 0000. Give this a try and let us know how you get on.

I have exact same problem. Model Ue43j5672su. Quite annoying problem to be honest. Tried running the TV setup again but that did not solve it.
