Image polarized UE40H7000SZXZT

Unexpectedly the image of my tv are now polarized. I have done the reset. But the problem persists. If I use the PIP function the images in the PIP area are normal.

someone can help me?

@Josh68: Do you have any external devices connected to the TV? If so, please can you remove any connecting cables to see if the issue persists? If you go to Settings > Picture > Advanced Settings, and manually adjust the picture from here, are you able to improve the image?

I’ve removed every device and changed every single advanced setting. Nothing has changed

Could we take the current software version of your TV please, @Josh68? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.

 

Also, let's try a reset of the TV. Go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. Note: In doing this, any adjusted TV settings will default to the factory settings the TV originally came with.
