I've No Sound from TV Channel or Sound Bar

I've tried all trouble shooting options, and i still have no sound from the TV Channel option, so tried a sound bar and it worked for about 10 minutes and no sound at all

I only just purchased this TV  UE50TU8505UXXC a couple of days ago.

Any ideas as to what to do?

I've tried the sound test and there is still no sound, so states to contact support line, which i've done and they were no help

You could try & reset it . But , it might be a hardware problem

Seems like a problem internally if trouble shooting hasn't worked by now
