Hi ... help needed please. In about mid June I player suddenly stopped working on my TV model UE32ES5500KXXU.
I have been expecting it was a glitch and that it would be sorted out, but it still isn't working. Very unhappy kids! What can I do?

At this time of year, no doubt about the unhappy kids!
Are other apps working? Is there an error message that's coming up when you're trying to use the iPlayer app?
Is the TV's software up to date? (Menu > Support > Contact Samsung to check the version; and the latest version to download from the product's Support page here is 2007.0 if you need to update).
Also, resetting the Smart Hub updates any apps in it. (Menu > Smart Features > Reset Smart Hub.)
