I have no Disney+ why?

Hello so recently I got a Disney+ subscription and I wanted to watch it on my tv but the Disney+ app won’t appear on the App Store of my smart TVs, I have the UN50JU6501 and it shows up that I got the 1550 update, please help!!

Try this to find month/year to see if this reason why. If you cannot get Disney+ direct then maybe think about streaming from a phone either direct if both support or via a streaming device. I have an LG TV and it has Amazon, Netflix. I had to download Disney+ but for BT Sport I use a Google Chromecast and my Note 20 Ultra

Hi @Marbelx  The  Disney Plus app  is indeed only compatible with Samsung Tv's from 2016 onwards  https://help.disneyplus.com    I know  the J series launched in 2015 and that is an American model.  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer  Whilst everyone is welcome this is actually the  uk/Ireland   forum in the European communities.

However you should be able to mirror or cast Disney Plus  https://www.airbeam.tv/how-to-cast-disney-plus-to-tv/
