I have lost all my HD channels

Please can somebody help.  I am not very technically literate!    I have lost all the HD channels, 101, 102 etc. and have tried re-setting but that hasn't worked.  The model of my TV is UE40J5100 and it is just over 17 months old.

Have you tried retuning the TV? Go to Menu > Broadcasting > Auto Tuning > Start.

I’ve tried numerous times to retune the tv but to no avail. I had HD channels since I bought the tv but they all disappeared last week. How do I get them back?

Had all the HD channels before but the last few weeks, it comes up as no source.  Have tried the auto tune several times but no change.  The HD chanels are shown but not available and have a 'D' with a line through it symbol to the RH of the channel name list on the LH side.  Any ideas?
