I have a sound issue with my new BU8500

My tv is directly connected to my 5.1 sound system via HDMI arc. This has worked well on my previous tv for over 5 years.

My issue now is that apart from YouTube, I can't get any of the apps, Netflix, Prime, Disney, Apple, iPlayer etc, to send sound to my sound receiver. It cuts out tv speaker and I have silence.

My sky Q works, and YouTube app does too, but nothing else. So my sky Q goes into tv, and then out fine, but most of the on-board apps won't.

Do individual apps have their own specific sound settings? I've checked all the settings I can see and they're all the same.

Any help appreciated, thanks in advance👍

Feedback for anyone else work similar issues......

After calling Samsung Tech support, was advised to restart my smart-hub in the settings, and that worked 👍
