Hi everyone! First, sorry for my English, it's not good but I'll try to explain my situation. I have Samsung TV. I bought them before 5-6 years, 6 series with Tizen OS. Before 1 months I received update for my TV and now I can't watch anything in Browser, for example online movies. I'll be happy if you can help me... What I can to do?

Hi @samuilmetodiev Videos in the Browser require flash player which unfortunately is no longer supported in the Samsung Tizen system. The Samsung or any TV Browser is not quite like a computer. There are some limitations https://www.lifewire.com/samsung-smart-tv-web-browser-4686055 You are best to use Apps for sites such as YouTube and Vevo for instance.

Same happened to me, even my Facebook app is not working either. Samsung smart tv tizen browser is such a *****, I don't understand why they are not providing solutions or updates.

@Adee14 Ypu may tried the general troubleshooting such as resetting by holding down power button n for 5 seconds or unplugging for 30 seconds, factory reset. Assuming you have checked for updates and tried reinstalling the app again.
