I have a 4k samsung tv serial number UE43TU7020KXXU its stuck on firmware 1401

Hi have tv and wont read update spoke to support with a usb and did as instructed still not working.

Anyone have any ideas.

Its not going fro. Pcm to dolby digital plus while connected to hdmi arc dolby atmos sounbar. But shows as atmos but settings greyed put.

Any help would be appreciated.

The first thing is to get your software up-to-date. Have you tried updating this through the menu of the TV? Your TV will need to have a good internet connection. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
