I can't activate input signal plus for my sony ht-a9 soundsystem (s95c qoled)

Hi when I activate input signal plus for my sony ht-a9 hdmi 2.1 soundsystem, I get a black screen and no connection screen. My TV is a brand new 65 s95c.

I can't use my hdmi in ports on my soundsystem, without active input signal plus I'm limited to hdmi 1.4.

I changed cables and reseted the tv and soundsystem, but with no luck

My TV is on the newest 12.05.0 firmware

@Dennis1981x: Have you tried connecting the sound system to another HDMI port e.g. HDMI ARC? When you head to External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus, are you making sure to select the correct HDMI input?

Yes it is connected to hdmi 3, i need earc.

Yes i selected the right port.

When activate "extended signal plus" on the right hdmi port the entire soundsystem no longer works, no sound ,no picture (can't enter the soundsystem settings anymore)

I got answers in the avs forum from users who have the same setup (sony ht-a9 sound system, samsung s95c tv) as me. These users have exactly the same error. The "extended signal plus" setting cannot be activated for the sony ht-a9 sound system. It is therefore an HDMI handshake bug. how should i proceed now? I bought the sound system partly because of its HDMI 2.1 capabilities. and without being able to activate the option, i can't even use hdmi 2.0 on the sound system. how can i report software bugs to samsung ?

apparently many also have the same problem with their pc that "extended signal plus" cannot be activated
