HW-S60A switches off and mutes tv

Hi hope u can help, my soundbar is linked to my Samsung TV but it keeps switching off so no sound comes out of  Samsung TV and when u try turning it up using TV remote , it acknowledges the link but doesn't increase/decrease sound. Please help my husband wants me to get rid of it as it keeps doing it. Many thanks

Try Below

Check if your model has the Auto Standby function. If Auto Standby is activated, the soundbar will turns itself off or enter standby mode automatically after aproximately 15 minutes to reduce power consumption of the device

Hello, is the soundbar connected to the TV using the optical cable? Because in that case that's a known problem: the S60A switches off automatically after around 18 minutes even if there's music or sound being played.
