Humax Aura Recordings using One Remote

Hi All

I have a Samsung UE43KS7500U TV connected to a Humax Aura Freeview box.

I used to have a Humax Foxsat-HDR Freesat box and when I pressed the One Remote home button I had three options above the Humax icon. Home, Guide and Recordings. All three options worked correctly and displayed the correct menu from the Humax Foxsat-HDR

When performing the same procedure with the new Humax Aura Freeview box the Home and Guide display the correct menus but Recordings does not. It just shows the information banner for the current channel being watched (same as displayed when pressing OK on the Humax remote).

The only way of getting to the recordings list of the Humax Aura is by using the Humax remote.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a problem with the command being sent by the remote to the Humax that needs fixing by Samsung?

Press  home then navigate to Freeview Play icon then recording tab in Freeview Play ?

I also need a solution for this. Everything works as it should except for finding my recordings!
