I registered my product and booked a product repair.
From the email received from Samsung I have a link to Track My Repair.
2. When the window opens we will need a few details if it is your first time contacting us via Livechat
3. Please select your product
4. Please select Track My Repair from the list of options
5. You will be requested to enter your Service Order number and email address that you used when booking your repair
The chat popup doesn't have any options to select my product and there is no Track My Repair from any list of options. I've tried drilling down the options available from the chat bot and been unable to find a tracking option. I've done this both logged out and logged in to my account and it makes no difference. Are these instructions wrong? Or am I missing something obvious?
