How to sync Bluetooth speaker

I have just bought a Samsung UE50TU7100KXXU smart TV and a Sound Bar but I cannot get the Sound Bar sound to sync with the TV picture when using Bluetooth.

I have been into Expert settings in the Sound menu of the TV, and adjusted the Digital Output Audio Delay but it makes no difference.

How does one get this in sync please?

Trying to get Help from Samsung seems an impossible task!

please check on page 81 of manual

try restarting the TV and soundbar too

Great! It's basically saying you can't use the Bluetooth function, hard wire the speaker 😩

I'm trying to get away fro having wires everywhere!

I've given up on the idea of a sound bar, tried two but neither would sync (thank goodness for Amazon, no hassle returns). On the whole a bit disappointing spending £100's only to have ***** sound!
