How to stream to your Samsung TV via Apple AirPlay

Highlighted
Samsung Pro

One of the best features of modern televisions is the ability to stream content on them directly, without the hassle of connecting cables or memory units.

When it comes to Samsung devices, SmartView can seamlessly push content from your portable Samsung device to your TV screen in seconds, but what if you have an Apple device?

Well fear not, because AirPlay is compatible with Samsung TV, and you can stream with ease even from your fruity device.

Bear in mind that your TV and your Apple device must be on the same WiFi network for AirPlay to work

Let's see how to do that!

  1. To view photos and videos, open the Photos app on your Apple device
  2. Find the photo or video you want to share
  3. Tap the Share icon in the bottom left corner
  4. Tap AirPlay
  5. Tap the TV you want to stream to
  6. If a code is shown, enter it on your Apple device

  1. To play audio via AirPlay, open the music player on your Apple device
  2. Select a song
  3. Tap the AirPlay icon
  4. Tap the TV you want to stream to
  5. If a code is shown, enter it on your Apple device

To change AirPlay settings on your TV, go to Settings, General, AirPlay Settings.

See below how it's done!
