How to proper disconnect/dismount external usb hd - samsung TU7079

Hi there,

I'm old school and I get uneasy by disconnecting my external usb hd (exFAT) without proper disconnecting/dismount.I could not find an option for that.

Model: TU7079 55''

Software version: 2200

Any tips?

I'm not sure there is an option for that but if the TV is off you can safely remove the drive.

Yeah, that's kind of what I'm doing right now: Turning the tv off and waiting for the lights to stop blinking.

I would call it more like a `hack-solution`.
