How to Fix Disney Error 41

Today when I open my Samsung android tv, I was about to watch a show on Disney plus but the display blackout and displaying "We're sorry, but we cannot play the video you requested. Please try again. If error persists visit the Disney + Help Center (Error 41)"

If anyone knows, how to fix this Disney plus error code 41 then please leave a comment.

Have you tried, youtube and netflix if its the same problem you will need to contact samsung if not you will need to contact Disney +

Was it just the one video that you were having issues with? As @Aklima suggested, if the issue persists, we would advise contacting Disney+ direct.

Lol people are crazy about mandolorian. The huge demand of mandalorian is causing the error 41 on disney plus suggested here - https://droidtheory.com/disney-plus-error-code-41-fix/ wait for some time it'll be fixed automatically. I spent 2 hour playing catch after that the issue was fixed.
