Im having problems recording programs on a new Q65T. Been in touch with Samsung a few times now . It normally ends up with them telling me 1 of their experts will call me . The last call ( yesterday 22.11.20) I was told that my tv may have one tuner and that I needed two to record one channel and watch another , although she was unable to check if that was the case because she was working from home . She said ,however, that someone would call me tomorrow (23.11.20) . Didn’t happen.
I am more than surprised at the idea that my (several years) old Samsung tv should have this facility but my new one doesn’t. But what do I know?
Been trying to find out myself but haven’t found any definitive info on number tuners for this particular tv.
Can anyone shed any light at all on this subject ?
