how do we get apple TV on our samsung tv please?

We tried to update the software but just got an error message?  Also can't get Disney+

I saw there was a suggestion to self-diagnose but it was greyed out so we couldn't do that.

What's the model code and software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
