Hi, I've just purchased a TV, can someone please provide the direct URL to the page where you can activate the warranty? (rather than copy and paste the instructions about logging into Samsung Members and clicking on Products etc).
I logged in to Samsung Members and clicked on Products but there is no option to register a new product, just a series of adverts for more products, it all just goes back round in a loop, I've clicked on every possible option and it doesn't work. I tried ringing the call centre but just got left on hold, surely there is a page somewhere within Samsung.com where this can be done electronically? Thanks.
