How do I reconnect TV to wifi

I changed my router (EE) and now I can't see how to reconnect the TV to the wifi. I've looked at all the settings but can't find how to do it. Should the TV find the network automatically? A complication is that the Samsung remote doesn't work any more so I can only use the buttons on the TV (or the freeview box remote). TV model is LE37C530F1W. Any hints please?

Hi @bluebeard. This model doesn't have built in Wi-Fi. Did you have another device connected to it that does connect to the internet somehow?

We have a Humax freeview box but I can't see how to connect through that. It just tells me that the network connection failed and the option to configure LAN either DCHP or manual. Manual gives me options to change IP address, DNS etc.
