History Channel app won’t load

For the past week, I’ve been unable to start the History Channel app on my Samsung TV - QN65.  The app will load but then a Red Close button appears.  No error messages or other information is displayed.  Hitting OK goes to the main menu of the history channel app and then gets the Close button again.  I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled.   Any ideas on how to get the app to load?

For me, it just started working after multiple days of trying different things.  I didn't really do anything and it just worked.
