Hi,On my TV the sound has frozen,and it does not respond to the remote control.Any suggestions

if it's a smart TV you can actually ask Bixby to turn volume up turn volume down turn TV off turn TV on or you can ask Google as well I have my phone programmed for both to turn TV up turn TV down turn it off etc

providing you have a decent phone with Bixby on it or Google will do it for you if you want it to turn TV down it will

if you use the smart remote try reconnecting if you use the normal one press ans hold the power button till it goes off and back on and completes a power cycle
