Hi guys. Have a problem with my 8K TV (£3000). Tv still under warranty. Anyone who has this issue and dealing with Samsung.

Hi Toddy

Thank you for sharing your experience with 8k TV's. Don't you think maybe technology is not ready for 8K screens? I had Samsung tv before for 7 years no problems. I just wanted to upgrade from HD to 8K. If the screen issue going to happen to my TV don't you think to have less stress, should I just asked them for different model? Maybe with 4K screen?

Samsung people: what do you suggest?

Hi mate the problems are on all of the tv's it's because poor quality control and 3rd panels they now use.
I am like you I just want a television that works

I've had this same issue... again says can source this TV and is now sending me a 4k replacement but refusing to refund the £800 difference. Awful service Screenshot_20221004_145049_109627_1664891449.jpg

Report them to trading standards and just push push push to get what you pitched in price. They can swap the model but not a lesser price
