Hi guys. Have a problem with my 8K TV (£3000). Tv still under warranty. Anyone who has this issue and dealing with Samsung.

Hi @Vlastimil007 ,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. Are the arks visible in all the channels and sources? Could you please perform a Picture Test and tell us if the TV has passed or failed this? You can do this from the TV Settings> Support> Self Diagnostic> Picture test.

I tried your link as you suggested. But I can't move any further as my TV issue in not on the list.  See picture attached.

What do you recommend?

@Vlastimil007 You can select the black spot option and you should get the right troubleshooting steps for this issue. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can get in touch with our colleagues from Technical Support, either on Facebook or Twitter or by calling the number 0333 000 0333 and they will be happy to go through and get this booked in for you.

Had this issue on my q900t 8ktv it's a panel failure and can't be repaired new screen that Samsung can't source so it's a exchange tv I am wait for my 3rd 8ktv in 13 months.
It's poor quality control and this problem on started to happen when samsung stopped making there on panels .
