I have been going around some TVs in a new hotel and changing some settings in the hospitality menu. However this one TV in a meeting room does not bring up the menu when I input mute-1-1-9-Enter on the remote. Instead of asking for a password and then going to the menu as with other TVs, the TV just says "Not Available" in the bottom left corner.
I have been doing this for quite a number of TVs but this one does not work and it did before. I am concerned that someone else has changed something that has disabled this menu.
How do I get this menu back or reset the TV because everything I have read so far says that you have to get into the menu to reset the TV and I cannot get in?
Any help would be appreciated
