Is it possible to turn off hospitality mode on this TV? I bought a used one through e-bay for personal use, not realising hospitality TV means some features would be locked. I went to the hospitality menu (Mute 1 1 9 enter), but I only have two options under hospitality mode which are standalone or interactive. There is no off option as some video tutorials suggested. Is there a way to turn it off to be able to use apps like Netflix on this TV?

Hi @Techworld46  power off Tv and try Mute 119 Power.    other options also available on this site http://www.diy-time.com/computers-technology/software-hardware/20-ways-to-unlock-hotel-tv-menu/

Hi! Thanks for your tips, however, none of this has worked. I have spent hours trying to fix it, but I can't find a solution. I tried other solutions from the link you shared, but they are not working.

As I said in my original query, when I go to mute 119 enter, I only have an option to chose standalone or interactive hospitality mode, I don't have an ''off'' option. I tried factory reset - the same happened, I could only set it up on interactive or standalone mode.
