Help with Samsung TV ue43au7100kxxu, Model ID and version are not valid [2014506-1]

Hi all,

I recently bought a tv localy from john lewis,

I have a problem with Model ID and version are not valid error code 2014506-1
I have attactched images and was hoping For a fix or to be pointed in the right direction

Resetting the TV seems to have cured thus issue for a lot of people

Having same issue with samsung frame TV.

I’m facing the same issue as well , it happened after i did a factory reset of the tv. Tried different network connection as well but that did not work either.

Issue got resolved after support engineers visited my place and had to hard reset the one connect box using a special remote.
