HELP WITH HAYU APP

Hi I have a samsung tv UE0D5520RKXXU. 

I am trying to get HAYU app on the tv. I cant see that there is a HAYU app on the TV but everywhere on line it says you can watch HAYU on samsung tvs?

Is it because my tv is too old or something? It is a smart tv but I got it when smart tvs first came out.

I am not particularly technical so wondered if anyone could help me?

Not knowing where you live, but I believe it is outside the UK or AU if you don’t see the app.

my issue as well.  It’s suggest to reset your tv and use the support regional setting or use a complex method of downloading the app, and running it in dev mode.

or get a Roku/Firestick/Android set top box
