Help trying to find BBC New 24 via terrestrial

Hi All,

I have the above TV which is in the kitchen / breakout area at work and I wish to leave BBC news 24 permanently on for guest or staff to view.

I've tried  signing into iPlayer and running it from there but eventually after a period of time when I return the app appears to have shut down an the device is at Netflix.

My plan B is to just leave the TV tuned into a terrestrial channel containing BBC New 24, which is an option on my personal TV that is also a Samsung model. But for some reason the channel number starts from 4000 and doesn't list BBC New 24 as a choice.

Can any one confirm that its not possible to view BBC New 24 via terrestrial on this model?

I went through the steps and still experiencing same result. The available channels are 4000 - 4999

Just to note, the TV is connected to the internet via ethernet cable but doesn't have a TV Arial or sky cable connected. Could this be the cause why its not tuning into more channels?
