After hours searching on the internet I can't seem to solve this. Im on the latest software 2126.
My smart hub is no longer showing any apps or the app store. When i initially click on smart hub it comes up at the bottom with a list of apps. When I click on these apps it says smart hub is updating. Although after 3 hours it still says the same.
When I open smart hub fully there are no apps other then web browser.
When i go into menu > smart features. Samsung account is blanked out. When i try to click it says function unavailable.
I have done a factory reset. I have resetted smart hub. I have tried everything i can think of.
Please help.
