HELP! Samsung smart TV not picking up antenna

Hi all,

I'm having issues connecting my Samsung smart tv to a new tv antenna.

When I plug in the antenna to the tv and scan for channels, 0 channels are found. I also notice that there is no indication that the antenna is connected to the tv.

TV model - UE40NU7120

Antenna name - One for all amplified indoor aerial

I have unplugged the tv from the mains and also initiated a factory reset, neither of which have worked.

Would be grateful of anyone could help solve the issue!

Perhaps the antenna is slightly off which means you have a pretty impossible task. If the TV was tuned in you would have a chance of being able to position the antenna correctly but you have neither.

You will need a lot if luck and patience.
