Help removing BT BOX

Hi , I originally set up my smart tv through the Bt tv box but have been having problems with the box (it's old technology now and doesn't load) so I've connected my tv directly to the aiereal and Ethernet cable but it keeps telling my the BT box is missing , how do I remove it? I'm stuck!

@Heather9: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device? If you had the BT box connected via HDMI, and you have now switched to an aerial input, have you made sure to change the source from HDMI to TV to reflect this?
