I been on my neighbor's wifi as he give me the code since I moved in. I came home tonight and my now tv wont connect neither will my phone dose this mean he knocked his wifi off or that hes kicked me off it i dont know please help ...

does your neighbours WiFi show up in the WiFi connection settings as been available??
