Hi, PLEASE HELP
I have a Samsung-Not Smart TV.
Model UN39Fh5030H
About 2 years ago this issue began happening but then it fixed its self until last week that it has the issue again.
When I plug it in, the Samsung logo screen comes up and just reeboots over and over again.
Please help!!

Hi!!!
Yes, I have tried leaving it unplugged for more than a day but still no luck.
I was told once that there were certain buttons on the remote that I could press and hold for a few seconds and it would fix the issue but I can't remember how to do it.

Hi @Anonymous User Firstly check if you can download any new firmware to USB via Samsung support. . Have disconnected cables/any other devices before switching off at mains and trying again? May be worth trying another connection if you can do so. Are you able to do a factory reset via Tv settings? Alternatively hold down the Power button for around 10 seconds or until Tv resets. Another method hold remote at Tv and press exit button.
However if still to no avail you would need to get in touch with Samsung,as it is a U.S model specialised support would not be available on this community.

Hi @Anonymous User If unable to reset via TV , you could try pressing Menu, Mute and Power On in exact sequence on your Remote.

Thank you for your advise but that doesn't work neither, I hold the buttons and the TV just keeps on reeboting
I downloaded the file into an USB and connected it to the TV while the TV was unplugged, then I plugged it in but it keeps on doing the same thing

@Anonymous User Think you would need to seek support on this one, looks like a fault with Tv if none of the possible fixes make a difference.

Yeah, the thing it that they charge me $50 to check it 😕
I think I will just give it a few months unplugged and see if it will start again, I can't spend that much right at this time.
Thanks anyways guys.
Stay safe!

@Anonymous User oh right, take it you either have another set or can still watch shows via another method.
