Method 2 Turn your device off, if it has a bixby button then press these three buttons at the same time, power button up at the same time volume button down whilst holding the bixby button, if its only the power button & volume button then press power up whilst pressing the volume button.
That will take you into the menu to factory reset your device.

You need to establish your self as a reviewer. Get your own website going, review products that you already down etc. Once you've gotten yourself a user base you can reach out to Samsung PR team about this via their email.
