Just bought a new TV, 40” 6 Series MU6120 as our old Samsung 3D HD got damaged.
with the old TV and aerial it all worked fine. Hooked up the new TV to the same aerial and nothing. It only finds the 4 channels on the TV Plus thingy.
can anyone help us please

Try resetting the TV @Dobs. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. Let us know how it goes.

I Have a similar issue but i cannot access the main menu or the service menu, when tried i get a message stating (Not Avaliable) TV model: HG55AE690DKXZN

Frank I'm not sure if it's your case but be sure select the correct imput to actue and tuning your TV is only an advice for yours
