I have a 55 inch UE55TU7020KXXU 55" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV bought 3 weeks ago. 2 niggly problems that I can't solve and are driving me mad.
1. I successfully paired the universal remote with my Humax hdrfoxt2 that we watch our TV through. A week ago the remote stopped controlling the humax and no amount of resetting will get it to work again. Even a full factory reset (as suggested by Samsung tech support) made no difference.
2. Since my factory reset I no longer get an automatic prompt to connect my soundbar (Bluetooth connected). I now have to remember to do this manually. Again resetting etc. has made no difference.
Can anybody help or is the Samsung smart TV software just rubbish!
