Help issue with blotches on screen

I have a Samsung 70 ultra hdr 1400 pqi tv we noticed when the picture goes very light you can see these marks along the bottom of the picture when it goes dark you can’t see them Can anyone help

Hey @Billybz, can you send a picture showing these marks at the bottom of the screen? Does this happen on every channel or app you watch? Try also doing a Picture Test: 

Menu button > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture test > Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Picture Test. Is the image from the Picture Test showing the marks?
