I have UE40KU6400 tv and I went to John Lewis yesterday to buy my husband some wireless headphones for Christmas to watch films as he struggles with the sound. To start with the assistant recommended ones that sit on a dock that plugs into the tv. He then said our tv didn’t have a port to plug them in so he recommended some Sony WH-CH700N. When I got to check out they said “ they won’t work with the tv”. They asked someone else who said they would if the tv has Multi Audio Output. I took them but they said if we open them and it doesn’t work they couldn’t refund. Our tv doesn’t have Multi Audio Output so now I’m totally confused and don’t know what to do . Sorry long question. Can anyone help?
