I commiserate, I have the same problem and for novices not easy to solve all devices are mentioned regarding connections but the obvious is not , headphones .
For my series 6 ue40ku6000 I was given the part no 2120114980 by Samsung and no where can I find this I am surmising that you need some sort of receiver or transmitter but I have not been able to find any further information from any source I am reaching the end of my search and now contemplating returning the headphones I purchased .
I will return to the forum to see if any solutions have been found in the hope that Samsung have read this. Good Luck
