I have a 2012 Samsung UE40ES7000 smart TV connected to a Samsung HW-E350 Home Cinema Sound Bar. I have two problems with the headphone jack on the TV: 1) inserting a headphone cable will turn off the sound from the soundbar but no sound reaches the headphones even if the sound is turned up and 2) all efforts to get a bluetooth adaptor to connect the TV via an audio cable have failed - I've now tried two different makes without success. I have a feeling that somehow these two issues are connected. Has anyone any suggestions on how to rectify this?
