I bought a 49" smart TV 11-11-16. On 11-14-17 the video goes out suddenly in a big way. The screen trim in the lower right corner also begins to melt. After contacting Samsung tech help immediately and then with extensive and numerous contacts with Samsung corporate, all I got was a 'too bad, you're on your own: it's three days out of warranty'. So I spent $500 for one year of TV viewing. Samsung is junk. I recommend spending a few bucks more and getting something worth your while.
