Hi @Members_3bSUPqI  That is a large screen 😁   I cannot see any firmware updates either.  Is the problem with HDR only on Disney Plus or does it affect any other native Apps?   In any case  have you experimented with the settings?   Are you using Standard Mode, whilst Dynamic Mode is generally not recommended could try that .  With HDR Brightness should be displayed at the highest level, if this is not the case will need to adjust  Brightness and possibly also the Gamma Setting.   you may need to turn HDR Plus on .   Some information here https://www.lifewire.com/best-picture-settings-for-samsung-4k-tv-4776573  https://www.gizmodo.com.au/2021/04/fix-brightness-disney-plus-tv/

This issue though has been reported with other models ,some found software update helped.  Thread here https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/dark-scenes-so-dark-they-re-unwatchable-in-hdr-mode-on/td-p/1...

Hi thanks for your answer!. For movies i like moviemode. But for hdr it's to dark. I think the problem is that the tv has too low nits? I read that hdr needs above 500 nits

Hi @Members_3bSUPqI  ok, for movies I prefer Standard Mode usually.  According to this review the TU9000  has 400 nits Tv Review Land  believes to be sufficient https://tvreviewland.com/samsung-tu9000-review-solid-performance-in-an-eye-catching-frame/   However this is probably the bare minimum  and the model will not be the best for HDR.
