Hello we have just bought a QE55Q90R 55" QLED which we have connected it to a Samsung HW-MS550 all in one sounbar using an HDMI cable. Am I supposed to connect with an optical cable as well.
We are getting spiking when we first switch tv on but it goes away quite quickly. Just wondering if it's because I haven't fitted an optical cable.. Your help would be much appreciated. Have been trying to go on chat and after I'm asked my problem I just get told they are too busy.
