Got a weird issue, I found that I have 2 different devices hooked up in 2 of 3 hdmi slots, hdmi 1 (virgin media box)
Hdmi 2 (firestick)
What's happening almost on a daily occasion I'll get home from work and turn TV on go to the virgin box and I can hear the sound and the menus display but no sound 😳, I change to hdmi 2 and the firestick will play as normal
On another day it virgin box will work and the firestick won't .
I've tried switching the HDMI cables around and I get the same issue. Thei ssue is video related as you can hear the sound.
Ive contact Samsung UK support on the phone and they just recommend factory reset ..
Done this several times 🤦🏻
It's on the latest software update 1371
I've turned on off hdmi-cec, input signal plus
Any tips or advice is much appreciated
