TV ue50mu6120 

All 3 hdmi work with youview bt tv box

When I try and connect an older hdmi dvd player or a network storage box that plays videos and music both connect and come up on tv with their logos but when they go to their menu pages etc tv says no signal as if nothing connected 

 

Seems as if the resolution is wrong or not supported by tv

Any suggestions?

Hey @Members_A0JKKB3 ,

 

As the BT device is working I will say that something on the other devices hasn't been set ut correctly. Please ensure that the cables are connected correctly to both ends. Would you be able to test the devices in a different port and/or TV? Have they been working correctly before?
