My new Frame 2020 does not connect with my new Naim Nova amp through hdmi arc. Bought new expensive hdmi cable. Called Samsung support. Reset both tv and amp. No go. According to support the Naim is to blame. But it worked fine with my previous Panasonic tv. Strange thing is my The Frame did at one point recognize the amp and connected.
